I was really pleased with the comfortable beds and the friendly and helpful hotel staff, especially since the hotel is conveniently close to Warwick City Park, which I loved exploring during my weekend strolls in the city.

In my kids’ opinion, the pool water was too chilly for them. They wished for warmer water to swim in comfortably.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

The air conditioner in the room was excessively noisy, disrupting our sleep.

During my stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Warwick-Providence Airport, the spacious lobby and well-decorated common areas made me feel welcomed. The accessibility features for seniors, including ramps and grab bars, were especially reassuring.

More seating in dining area for seniors would help.

I had a decent time here! The breakfast was a highlight, especially thanks to Elizabeth's exceptional service. However, we had an issue with a dirty bathroom upon arrival, but it was resolved the next day. I'd consider returning, though.

We had a pretty nice stay! Our room was spacious and comfortable for us four. The king bed was especially cozy. The bathroom was clean, which I really appreciated. Only downside was some initial room issues, but the staff were quick to help. Oh, and the pool was super clean. definitely a plus! Breakfast had tons of options, and Elizabeth at breakfast was the best, really friendly and on top of things.

Staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember when the staff helped me with taxi tips on my first stay. Elizabeth at breakfast was fantastic! I'll return for my next city trip.

We had an amazing group vacation, exploring beautiful Colonial Newport and enjoying a stay at this hotel, known for its comfy rooms and attentive staff. The breakfast staff were friendly, making our mornings brighter. Plus, the location is perfect for sports teams, with everything we needed close by.

One downside was that we encountered a pet in the breakfast area, which felt a bit off for a dining space, especially during a buffet.

Target audience family, Beware of the little things

So we had a couple surprising issues in our stay. First, Elizabeth at breakfast was wonderful, a total lifesaver she made sure we had everything we needed, I can’t stress how much that woman made things run easier! They finally cleaned up the new room the next day, still, it shouldn't have gotten to that point.
